SECI floats tender for 2000 MW of grid-connected solar projects
SECI has floated tender for 2,000 MW of grid-connected solar projects to be set up with central government support in the form of viability gap funding (VGF).
These solar power projects will be set up under the Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) Phase-ll program by government producers. The detailed tender document are under preparation and shall be available for downloading from 25.03.2019 onwards on www.tcil-india-electronictender.com
GUVNL issues revised Request for Selection (RfS) for 700 MW of grid-connected solar projects
Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) has issued revised Request for Selection (RfS) for 700 MW of grid-connected solar project. The solar power projects will be set up under Phase III of Raghanesda Solar Park located in the state.
Last date for the submission of the bid is 30-Apr-2019 and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is of 10 lakh/ MW.
GUVNL notes that the successful bidder shall set up Solar PV Power Project(s) including the power evacuation cable up to the Pooling station as per terms and conditions of ISA and in line with Section 3.5 of this RFS, at its own cost. All approvals, permits and clearances required for setting up of the Project (including connectivity) and those required from State Government and local bodies shall be in the scope of SPPD and the successful bidder shall enter into an Implementation & Support Agreement with SPPD for the same. However, the selection of Projects would be technology agnostic within PV technology and crystalline silicon or thin film, etc. with or without Trackers can be installed.

REMCL floats tender for 60 MW Rooftop Projects
The Railway Energy Management Company Limited (REMCL) floats tender for 60 MW Rooftop Projects. The rooftop solar projects are to be developed on ‘Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis. Last date for submission of the bid is April 30, 2019 and Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 12 lakhs / MW along with their bids.

Indian Oil inviting bids For 30 kW of Rooftop Solar Plants
The Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) is inviting bids for deployment of 30 kWp on-grid Rooftop Solar Power Plant at (Corporation Owned Corporation Operated) COCOs at Chainage 101.200 km & 104.300 km at Agra- Lucknow Expressway under Agra DO and at COCO under Bareilly DO UPSO-II. Last date for submission of the bid is March 14, 2019.
Scope of work Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and the Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance of the proposed 30 kWp rooftop plants for a period of one year and an additional 4 years under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

AAI seeking engineering consultancy for 6 MW solar power plant in Kadapa Airport in Chennai
Airport Authority of India (AAI) is seeking for engineering consultancy for the work of revision of 6 MW solar PV power plant at the Kadapa Airport in Chennai. The last date for submission of the bid is March 20, 2019 and Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 18 thousand.
Eligibility: -the Agency should have satisfactorily completed three consultancy/SITC works, each of capacity 2.4 MW or two consultancy/SITC works, each of capacity 3 MW or one consultancy/SITC work of capacity 4.8 MW in Single Contract during last seven years ending on the date of E-Bid submission.
