NHPC Limited floats tender for 40MW Solar project in Odisha
NHPC Limited has floated tender for Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for development of 40MW Crystalline PV grid connected solar power project including 132KV Transmission line and evacuation arrangement at Village-Landeihil, Tehsil-Jaganath Prasad, Dist.- Ganjam, Odisha. It also includes comprehensive Operation and Maintenance for 10 (ten) years.
Technical criteria includes the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed a Solar Power Project during the last five (05) years on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis, as a Contractor or Developer, having capacities as below, as on the last date of the month prior to the bid submission date: One Solar Power Project of at least 32 MW Capacity or Two Solar Power projects of at least 20 MW Capacity each or Three Solar Power projects of at least 16 MW Capacity each.
Last date for the submission of the bid is 17th May 2019.

Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd. (KPCL) is inviting bids for 3 MW solar PV power plant at Itnal Village in Belagavi district in the state.
Scope of work for the selected bidder(s) includes the supply of 700 hundred 230Wp capacity solar PV modules and dismantling of defective 668 nos. of 230Wp solar PV modules at the plant, beside erection, testing and commissioning of the new solar PV modules.
The last date for the submission of bid is April 10, 2019, and earnest money deposit is Rs 96 thousand (96400) along with their bids.

NTPC issues tender for 3 MW Solar Plant in Bihar
NTPC floated tender inviting bids for the deployment of a 3 MW grid-connected solar PV power plant at NTPC-Kahalgaon in Bhagalpur, Bihar.
The last date of bid submission is April 22, 2019, and a pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for April 12, 2019.
Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 20 lakhs along with their bids.
Scope of work includes designing, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of the solar power plant at its campus. Selected bidders will be responsible for providing comprehensive operation and maintenance of the plant for a period of 3 years from the date of commissioning.

IREDA floats RfP document for the empanelment of resource assessment agencies for solar and wind energy.
The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) has floated RfP document inviting proposals for the empanelment of resource assessment agencies for solar and wind energy.
Scope of work for the empaneled agencies includes the site-specific Assessment of suitability of the site and project design for setting-up of a solar project, and site-specific validation of solar energy yield estimates along with assumptions considering the site parameters, project design, components such as modules, inverters, etc.
As per the document the agency should be profitable during the last FY 2017-18, and an average annual financial turnover for the past 3 financial years not less than Rs 25 lakhs. The minimum annual net-worth should not be less than Rs 30 lakhs in the same period.
Last date for submission of proposals is April 29, 2019, once approved bidders will be empaneled for a period of 3 years.

REIL floats tender for 1.7 MW Solar Plus Storage Project at Andaman & Nicobar Islands
Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Ltd (REIL) floated tender for the deployment of a 1.7 MW solar PV power plant with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Scope of work includes designing, engineering, procurement and supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage at site, site development, construction, erection and installation of equipment, testing and commissioning along with associated transmission system approximately 8 to 10 km and 1 km at Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) and Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep) respectively from 11 kV nearest substation for the solar power plant.
Selected bidders will also be responsible for providing comprehensive operation and maintenance for 10 years after final acceptance of the plant.
Last date for bid submission of the bid is May 6, 2019 and a bid security amount of Rs 50 lakhs must be submitted along with the bids.
