Triton EV as part of it’s commitment to give more power to women leaders in its top management has announced the joining of Nayana Nancy Patel to drive Corporate Relations.
“When women become leaders, they provide a different set of skills, imaginative perspectives, and, importantly, structural and cultural differences that drive effective solutions bringing a creative standpoint,” said the company in a statement.
Nayana Nancy Patel has completed her management degree from Texas A&M University Bachelors in Business – Management, USA and had been recently elected as the first female president in the history of 31 years of Leuva Patidar Samaj of USA (LPS) a major community National Organization in USA.
On joining Triton EV’s Board she mentioned, “It gives a great pleasure to me in getting on boarded to an organization which is committed to make such an innovative and extremely important contribution towards clean energy, EV, smart manufacturing and advanced mobility. I hope to work for the organization in a proactive way and looking forward to have a great team work approach towards building a next gen great clean tech brand for India.”
She also stated “Within a more diverse workplace, the more likely creative ideas are going to be presented. This helps fuel growth and helps create more sustainability within an organization. Diversity in the workplace should not just prioritise women, but instead, have a fluid combination of both genders throughout the organization.”
On this top management expansion, the company also announced its vision and commitment towards enhancing the participation of women in corporate activities.
